Yes, Trident Hotel Kinsale offers complimentary WiFi throughout the hotel.
If it is your first time to visit, you will be asked to login using the password given at checkin. After this, it will automatically connect each time.
Breakfast is served between 7.30am and 10.30am, Monday right through to Sunday.
There is limited parking available onsite and is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Pier One Restaurant serves breakfast daily. Wharf Tavern serves carvery lunch 7 days a week from 12.30pm, with an all-day menu thereafter. Dinner is served in Wharf Tavern 7 days a week from 5pm.

For the comfort of all guests, only Guide Dogs and Assistance Animals are allowed in the hotel.

There is air conditioning in the Harbour View Guestrooms, Junior Suites and Master Suites at the Trident Hotel Kinsale.
All bedrooms and public areas are non-smoking. The hotel respectfully requests that guests do not smoke in the rooms and public areas and instead use the dedicated outdoor smoking area. Anyone found to be smoking or having smoked in a room will incur a penalty.
Not in all rooms but irons and ironing boards are available on request.
No, however we offer complimentary access to our Sister Property, Actons Hotel Health & Fitness Club with its 15m deck level pool, kids pool, sauna, Jacuzzi and steam room just a 4-minute walk from Trident Hotel Kinsale.
Check-out is at 12 noon.
Yes you can request a late check out for 2pm, however this is subject to availability and may incur a surcharge.
Cash payments are accepted but only if a credit card is provided on check in. If you are paying with a debit card, full payment will be taken off the debit card at the time of your arrival.
Our cancellation policy varies according to the rate you have booked.
Our Advance Purchase Rate which requires full payment at the time of booking, is non-refundable, non-amendable and non-transferable.
Our Best Available Bed & Breakfast Rate can be cancelled or amended without charge up to and including 3 nights, we will require at least 72hrs cancellation notice when you book direct with the hotel.
Long length reservations: 4 nights or more, we require at least 7 days’ notice if cancelling or amending your booking. Otherwise, full charges for accommodation will apply and will be deducted from the credit card number supplied to guarantee your booking.
In the event that you have to cancel your reservation, you will need your reference number, as well as the email address used to cancel the reservation. You are advised to keep a copy of your cancellation email to confirm the booking has been cancelled.
A 100% cancellation fee will apply to no-shows.
If you made your booking with a third-party website (Booking.com, Expedia, etc) or an online travel agent you will have to contact that company directly, as our reservations team are not permitted to cancel, amend or change third-party website bookings.

For group bookings of 4 rooms or more there will be a non-refundable deposit required of 20% on booking of the reservation. Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been paid.
